Welcome to Acre Living. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website.

These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of this website.

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, pricing, and images are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur.

We reserve the right to:

• Correct pricing or product information at any time.
• Modify or discontinue products without prior notice.
• Refuse or cancel any order where an error has occurred.

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order.

We reserve the right to:

• Decline or cancel orders.
• Limit quantities purchased.
• Request additional verification before processing an order.

Payment must be received in full before your order is dispatched.

Where a regional freight deposit applies, the deposit is payable at checkout and the balance of the delivery charge is payable, following your written approval of the quoted amount, before dispatch. Goods will not be dispatched until both the order total and the approved delivery charge have been received in full.

We accept approved payment methods displayed during checkout.

If payment is declined, your order will not be processed.

Delivery areas

Acre Living delivers to metropolitan and regional addresses in New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, South Australia and the Australian Capital Territory.

We do not currently offer online checkout to Western Australia, Tasmania or the Northern Territory. Orders to these destinations are available by arrangement only. Please contact sales@acreliving.com.au for a tailored delivery quotation.

Delivery costs

Free Delivery applies to eligible metropolitan postcodes in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, the Gold Coast, Adelaide and Canberra. Eligibility is determined by delivery postcode and is applied automatically at checkout. Our metropolitan delivery area follows the Australia Post Capital Cities delivery zone.

Orders to regional addresses are charged a freight deposit of $150 at checkout. This deposit is a part payment towards delivery and is not the total delivery charge.

Regional freight deposits

Where a freight deposit applies:

• We will obtain a freight quotation for your specific order and delivery address.
• We will notify you in writing of the final delivery cost and the balance payable.
• Your order will not be dispatched, and no balance will be charged, until you have approved that final delivery cost in writing.
• If you do not wish to proceed, you may cancel your order at any time before dispatch and we will refund you in full, including the $150 deposit, to your original payment method.

If we do not receive your approval within 14 days of quoting, we may cancel the order and refund the deposit in full.

Delivery timeframes

Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. While we make every effort to deliver within estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to:

• Carrier delays
• Weather conditions
• Public holidays
• Stock availability
• Circumstances beyond our control

Delivery requirements

You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and ensure that someone aged 18 or over is available to accept delivery. Additional charges may apply where a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details, no one being available to accept delivery, or access restrictions at the delivery address that were not disclosed at the time of order.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, delivery is to the ground floor entrance of the delivery address only. It is your responsibility to ensure that goods will fit through all access points, including doorways, stairwells, lifts and corridors.

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

Where Click & Collect is available:

• Customers will be notified when their order is ready.
• Valid identification may be required upon collection.
• Orders must be collected within the specified collection period.

Returns are accepted in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

Customers may be eligible for a refund, repair, or replacement if goods:

• Are faulty
• Are damaged
• Are significantly different from their description
• Fail to meet consumer guarantees

Change-of-mind returns may be accepted at our discretion provided:

• The item is unused.
• It remains in original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is provided.
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise required by law.

Custom-made, clearance, or special-order products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Stock availability is subject to change without notice.

If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we may:

• Offer a replacement product
• Delay fulfilment
• Issue a full refund

We strive to display colours and finishes accurately.

Due to monitor settings, lighting, and natural materials such as timber or stone, colours and textures may vary slightly from those displayed online.

Many of our products include a manufacturer's warranty.

Warranty coverage does not apply to:

• Normal wear and tear
• Incorrect assembly
• Misuse
• Neglect
• Improper maintenance
• Commercial use unless specified

Warranty claims require proof of purchase.

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Acre Living is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses
• Loss of profits
• Business interruption
• Delays beyond our reasonable control

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.

• Product photography
• Logos
• Graphics
• Text
• Videos
• Designs

is owned by or licensed to Acre Living and is protected under Australian copyright and intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

You agree not to:

• Use the website unlawfully.
• Upload malicious software.
• Attempt unauthorised access.
• Interfere with website operation.
• Copy website content without permission.

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using this website, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites.

We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of external websites.

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including:

• Natural disasters
• Floods
• Fire
• Pandemic
• Government restrictions
• Industrial disputes
• Transport disruptions

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia and the applicable laws of the State or Territory in which our business operates.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Changes become effective immediately upon publication on this website.

Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
